Our prices are based on properties within the PE postal codes only.
  • Full Monty Pack – which includes flambient photography, floor plan, Virtual tour and a free EPC if required £400.00
  • Gold Pack – which includes flambient photography, floor plan and a domestic EPC (up to 5 beds) £250.00
  • Silver Pack – which includes flambient photography and a free floor plan (up to 5 beds) £225.00
  • Bronze Pack – which includes a domestic EPC and a free floor plan (up to 5 beds) £75.00
  • Rental Pack Plus* – which includes standard still photography, floor plan and a domestic EPC (up to 5 beds) £100.00
  • Rental Pack* – which includes standard still photography and a free floor plan (up to 5 beds) £75.00
  • Matterport 360 Virtual Tour – with 3 months hosting from £175.00
  • Matterport Virtual Staging & Augmented Reality** – from £250.00
  • Full Days Shoot – 8 hours on site (excluding travel) £750.00
  • Half Days Shoot – 4 hours on site (excluding travel) £400.00
  • Return Twilight Shoot – Up to 90 mins (in addition to a pack) – £75.00
  • Legionella Report – £125.00
  • Commercial EPC’s – POA (dependent on size and complexity)
  • Parking / Toll / Congestion Charges – at cost
